Crystal healing is a holistic and vibrational energy based system of healing
that aims to restore the balance of energy to support your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being by healing, balancing, and harmonizing your energy body (chakras and aura). The technique involves using the natural energy of crystals to bring the mind, body, and spirit back into harmony, restoring the body's natural rhythm and equilibrium.).
This session involves distance healing using crystal grids and layouts by connecting your mind and body to the layout and aligning and restoring your energy and vibrational frequency. This is a holistic healing practice which can help you to keep good energetic hygiene.
Distant energy healing operates on the basis of two main Laws :
1) Principle of Interconnectedness. All beings are interconnected through the energy system of the universe; as we are all interconnected energetically, distance does not matter.
2) Principle of Directability. "Energy follows where your intention is focused." When you focus on a person, the energy goes to them. Therefore, since "energy follows intention," this principle refers to the ability of the healer to direct the energy through thought power.
Using these two universal principles of energy, distant healing is applicable.
Based on your needs and goals, I work therapeutically, combining multiple healing modalities and tools that suit you best. Your session may include a blend of crystal healing,
sacred geometry, pranic healing, meditation, guided imagery, essential oils, colour therapy, breathwork, and spiritual coaching.
